Pricing is supplied in a written, enquiry-specific quotation. The offer records its validity period, product specification, shipment basis and the responsibilities agreed between the parties.

02Do you handle bulk orders?

Yes. The supply offer is intended for bulk commercial orders. Minimum order quantities are available on request and are confirmed against the product, size mix and shipment plan.

03What information is needed for an enquiry?

Provide the product and standard or grade, dimensions, total requirement, order frequency, required documents, named UK port or delivery point and preferred delivery window.

04What does CIF to a UK port include?

Under a CIF quotation, the seller arranges and pays the cost, insurance and ocean freight to the named destination port. The quotation identifies the exact port and any additional services that have been expressly included.

05Who handles UK customs, duties and inland delivery?
